無法從 [控制台] 移除 Office 2003、Office 2007 或 Office 2010 的解決方法

有時候我們因為沒有完整而正確的安裝Office，或者遇到檔案損毀的問題，導致無法從控制台移除Office。最常見的情況就是有些電腦在新購的時候安裝了Office Starter版本，當要移除Starter版改裝其他版本時本時卻發生錯誤訊息，無法順利移除。
